It was mostly according to the directions in Glenn Doman's books, which are more complete than his brachiation ladder instructions. Let me talk to my husband about making a blog post. It was mostly him that made it. We just bought a wooden slab at Home Depot, cut it twice while it was there to make the two sides and body. Then we went to the fabric store and purchased a thin foam mattress and vinyl. We nailed the boards together, stapled the mattress on the wood, and used a sticky spray glue (I can't remember what it's called) to attach the vinyl to the track. We also nailed it down around the edges. I'll get back with you soon after I talk to my husband.
