Did I ever tell you that I love you?
Did I ever tell you that I care
For the love and friendship that surrounds me
In our home and family dear?

Did I ever tell you that I need you?
How your love and friendship’s helped me through
The trials that might hake overcome me?
I’m grateful that you love me too.

For the world needs love and family.
And the world needs parents just like you.
And they need your love,
And they need your faith,
And they need your guidance too.

Did I ever tell you that I’m grateful
For the gospel shared within our home?
For the love that you have for the Savior?
That I know I’m not alone?

Is there any way I can repay you?
Is there any way to show I care?
I simply tell you that I love you,
And thank the Lord in humble prayer.

For I’ve always needed love and family,
And I’ve needed parents just like you.
And I need your love,
And I need your faith.
I’ll always be grateful for you.
